Terms of Service: Amfa5000 UK

1. Introduction

This website is operated by Amfa5000 B.V. (trading as Amfa5000). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Amfa5000. By visiting our site or purchasing the Amfa5000, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Contract Formation

A legally binding contract is formed only when we send you a Dispatch Confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders (with a full refund) for any reason, including pricing errors or stock unavailability.

3. Pricing, VAT & Brexit

• The £135 Threshold: For orders with an intrinsic value of £135.00 or less, UK VAT (20%) is collected at checkout. No further duties apply upon delivery.

• High-Value Orders: For orders exceeding £135.00, you may be liable for Import VAT and Customs Duties. These are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the courier before delivery.

• Currency: All transactions are processed in British Pounds (GBP).

4. Shipping & Logistics (Amazon MCF)

• Fulfillment: Your order is fulfilled via our partner, Amazon Logistics, from our warehouse in France.

• Delivery Time: Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. We are not liable for delays caused by UK Customs clearance.

• Risk: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the address provided.

5. Right to Cancel & Returns (UK Statutory Rights)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the following rights:

• 14-Day Notice: You have 14 days from receipt of the product to notify us of your intent to cancel.

• 14-Day Return: Once notified, you have a further 14 days to return the item to our central returns hub.

• Return Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs to our warehouse. We highly recommend using a tracked service.

• Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.

6. Warranty & Device Liability

• Warranty: The Amfa5000 includes a 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

• Performance: Results vary based on local water conditions. We do not guarantee the total removal of pre-existing limescale in all plumbing environments.

• Liability: To the extent permitted by UK law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

7. Data Usage (UK GDPR & Tracking)

We take your privacy seriously. In accordance with UK GDPR, we utilize Server-Side API Tracking (via Funnelish) to ensure order accuracy and prevent fraud. This data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, but you retain all mandatory protections afforded to you under UK Consumer Law.
