1. Fast European Fulfillment

All UK orders are processed and dispatched directly from our Amazon Logistics Fulfillment Center in France. By using Amazon’s elite cross-border network, we ensure your Amfa5000 is handled with the same speed and care as a Prime delivery.

2. Delivery Times & Shipping Rates

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all UK orders.

• Standard Delivery: 3 to 5 business days.

• Expedited Delivery: 2 business days (available at checkout).

• Dispatch: Orders placed before 2:00 PM CET are typically dispatched the same business day.

3. Brexit, Customs & No "Surprise" Fees

We have structured our pricing to make your experience as seamless as possible:

• Orders £135 and Under: We collect 20% UK VAT at checkout. Your package will clear customs automatically. You will not be charged any additional duties or handling fees upon delivery.

• Orders Over £135: If your order exceeds £135, it may be subject to UK Import VAT and Customs Duties. These are determined by HMRC and are the responsibility of the customer.

Sniper Note: Most of our single-unit orders fall under the £135 threshold, meaning a 100% "All-In" price at checkout for you.

4. Real-Time Tracking

As soon as your Amfa5000 leaves the French warehouse, you will receive a tracking link via email.

• We use Swiship (Amazon) for international transit, which is then handed over to local UK couriers (typically Royal Mail or Evri) for the final mile.

• Because we use Server-Side API Tracking, your tracking status is updated in real-time on our site and in your PayPal/Stripe account.

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 business days, please contact us at service@amfa5000.com. We consider a shipment "lost" after 14 days and will issue a full replacement or refund immediately.
